Attention, Craig children.
Santa Claus has asked the newspaper to help him gather Christmas letters. Bring your letter to Santa to the Daily Press' office at 466 Yampa Ave., on Dec. 18.
You can pick up a letter form from your teacher or in the newspaper's office any time before Dec. 18.
You also may write the letter on your own piece of paper, just to make sure to include your first name and age.
Santa will make a special stop at the Daily Press on Dec. 18 to pick up the letters.
The letters will be printed in the newspaper Christmas Eve.
A special surprise will be given to the first 500 children who bring in their letters.
This special promotion is available only to children 10 and younger.
Cardio assessments available Dec. 18
Free cardiovascular assessments, including full cholesterol panel, glucose levels and body mass indexes, will take place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 18 at the Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association in Craig, 745 Russell St. Call 819-1771 to make an appointment.
H1N1 vaccines available to public

TNR meeting to be delayed this month
There will not be a Trap, Neuter and Release Program meeting in December because of the holiday, but meetings are scheduled to resume in January, according to a news release.

Craig Chamber mixer is Dec. 17
The Craig Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors is offering an after-hours mixer, hosted by T&H Napa Auto Parts and Batteries Plus, 400 Taylor St., from 5 to 7 p.m. Dec. 17.
