‘Care about your clients’: Kim Cox voted Moffat County’s best Realtor
June 24, 2011
When Scott and Robyn Kitchen have a home to sell, they know just who to call — longtime friend and Craig Realtor Kim Cox, who has helped them sell two homes in less-than-ideal markets.
"There wasn't anything she couldn't do, no question she couldn't answer," Robyn said of her experiences with Cox.
It's the reason she voted for Cox in the Craig Daily Press' 2011 Best of Moffat County contest and likely the reason Cox received enough votes to be named Moffat County's best Realtor.
"She's just so helpful. She goes above and beyond," Kitchen said. "She's just… accommodating. She really listens and knows what you like."
Cox has lived in Craig for 46 years and is married to Rick. She has one son and one granddaughter.

Cox began her career in real estate as the office manager for American Northwest Realty in 1989 and earned her real estate license in 1997. She joined the Cornerstone Realty team in 2006.
"It's kind of fulfilling because you're helping people and helping them find the home of their dreams," Cox said.
Cox said she most enjoys working with first-time homebuyers to ensure they have a positive and financially sound experience.
"I think you need to give your clients the attention they deserve," Cox said. "You need to see what's out there in your price range to make a good decision.
"You have to care about your clients, and I do."
Even in today's tough market, Cox said she's not going anywhere soon. She enjoys selling real estate too much to consider a career change.
"I think it's a good sign when you see her name in people's yards over and over again," Robyn said of Cox. "It's her full-time job, and it shows."
