Water aerobics classes begin today
The Craig Parks and Recreation Department will offer spring water aerobics classes beginning today and ending May 2.
Classes take place from 7 to 8 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays at the Moffat County High School pool, 900 Finley Lane. Classes will not take place April 2 or 4, due to spring break.
The fee is $30 for six weeks or $3 per day.

Bridges Out of Poverty workshop set for Tuesday
"Bridges Out of Poverty," a community workshop, takes place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday at The Journey at First Baptist, 1150 W. Ninth St.
Light snacks and lunch will be provided. Optional materials will be available for purchase the day of the event.
The workshop is designed to help create "accurate mental maps of poverty, middle class and wealth," according to a news release.
The event is a collaboration between the Interagency Oversight Group, the 14th Judicial District Probation Department, Youth Services of Moffat County, Colorado Division of Behavioral Health, the Regional Prevention Services Project and Omni Institute.
Registration is free.

MCHS play opens Thursday
The Moffat County High School Theatre Department will present "Rehearsal for Murder," a murder mystery play, at 7 p.m. Thursday at the MCHS auditorium, 900 Finley Lane.
Other performances are scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
Tickets cost $5 and are available at the high school.

The Moffat County Booster Club will meet at 6:30 p.m. March 28 in the Moffat County High School auditorium, 900 Finley Lane.
The event is open to the public.
The group, designed to support school athletics and other extracurricular activities, is looking for members.
