Farmers market meeting planned
Venders who plan on participating in the 2012 Craig Farmers Market will meet from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Downtown Books, 543 Yampa Ave.
The market will take place this year from June 21 through Sept. 20. Set-up fees, site sizes, tax issues and product limitations will be discussed at the meeting, among other topics.

"Coffee with the Principal" events scheduled
Thom Schnellinger, Moffat County High School principal, will host "Coffee with the Principal" events this month.
The first event is scheduled for Thursday at the Golden Cavvy, 538 Yampa Ave., and the second is set for April 26 at Village Inn, 1103 W. Victory Way.
Both events take place at 6 a.m. and are open to the public.
Schnellinger will be available to discuss topics of interest, educational issues and challenges.

9Health Fair set for April 21
The annual 9Health Fair is scheduled for 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at The Memorial Hospital, 750 Hospital Loop.
The event includes blood draws, breast cancer screenings, diabetes information and blood pressure.
Basic blood chemistry screenings are $30, blood counts are $15, prostate screenings are $25 and colon-rectal kits are available for $20.
Residents 65 and older can get an early blood draw from 7 to 11 a.m. Thursday at Sunset Meadows II, 595 Ledford St.
Anyone who will have blood drawn should drink plenty of water and, with the exception of diabetics, fast for 12 hours before the test.
American Cancer Society seeking Relay volunteers, teams
Moffat County's 2012 Relay for Life will take place July 20 and 21 at Moffat County High School.
The annual event is designed to celebrate cancer survivors, honor those who have lost their lives to cancer, and raise funds and awareness for the ongoing fight against cancer.
