Senator Wayne Allard’s Area Representative, Beth Washburn, will be conducting Senate Office Hours in Moffat County on Nov. 27.
The meeting will be held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Colorado Northwest Community College, room 201.
The open meeting is an opportunity for residents to discuss and ask questions on problems or issues in both the local and national arenas.
“I want to extend an invitation to anyone in Craig and Moffat County who is experiencing a problem with the federal government, or would like to pass along an opinion on a current issue before the U.S. Senate, to stop by and visit with Beth Washburn on Tuesday morning,” Allard said in a statement. “No appointment is necessary.”
The hour will be a question and answer-driven session, with no set agenda.
“The meeting will be an open forum for questions,” said Kelly Brady, deputy press secretary to Sen. Allard. “Anyone with concerns about local issues, any problems or questions they have, they can talk to Beth, and she’ll pass it on to Senator Allard.”
Anyone that has a question about the office hours can contact Beth Washburn at (970) 245-9553.
