ACT registration May 5

College-bound high school students must register online or have their paper registrations postmarked by May 5 for the next nationwide ACT academic achievement exam.
The next local test date in June 10 at Moffat County High School.
The deadline is May 5 for juniors who wish to take the test, check scores and decide whether to retest senior year. The ACT also allows students to report only the scores that they want to colleges. Before they register for the ACT and the optional writing test, students should check whether colleges they’re considering require writing test scores. Students can receive registration and test information from guidance counselors at the high school or http://www.actstudent.org.
Test cost is $29 and will take three hours. The cost is $43 and an additional 30 minutes for those who opt to take the writing test.
