Jerry Wayne Lucas, 49, a transient, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a DUI charge.

Saturday, May 10

Brian Alan Simillion, 38, a transient, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of violating a restraining order and violating bail bond conditions.

Maximilano Rodriguez, 31, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of obstructing a peace officer and harassment.

Paul Scott Pizzi, 25, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of not having compulsory insurance and driving a vehicle while license was under restraint.

Monday, May 12

Duane Edward Newton, 44, of Thornton, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of second-degree criminal trespass, theft, criminal mischief, second-degree burglary and displaying expired numbered plates.

Mark Mitchell Burress, 47, of Rawlins, Wyoming, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of second-degree criminal trespass, theft, criminal mischief, second-degree burglary, mandatory and voluntary restricted licenses, possession of Schedule 1/Schedule 2 drugs and first-degree introduction of contraband.

Dennis Wayne Otis, 51, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant for failing to comply on a DUI.

11:23 a.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of West First Street for a report of fraud. A male party reported fraud on his checking account.

5:11 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of Pershing Street for an arrest. One male party was taken into custody for violating his bail bonds and he was booked into Moffat County Jail.

Saturday, May 10

12:41 a.m. Officers responded to the 1400 block of Barclay Street for a report of a noise complaint.

10:30 a.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of Legion Street for a report of domestic violence.

1:24 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of West Victory Way for a report of property damage. There was a two-car, noninjury crash.

9:00 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of Breeze Street for an arrest. One male party was taken into custody and booked into Moffat County Jail.

Monday, May 12

12:47 a.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of Wickes Avenue for a report of a disturbance in progress.

11:24 a.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Colorado Highway 13 and Moffat County Road 107 for an agency assist.

3:30 p.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of Ledford Street for an arrest on a warrant. One male party was taken into custody for two warrants out of Moffat County. He was booked into Moffat County Jail.

7:20 p.m. Officers responded to the 900 block of West First Street for a follow-up investigation.

7:35 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of Taylor Street for a report of a disturbance in progress. One female party was taken into custody for violating her bail bond. She was booked into Moffat County Jail.

1:45 p.m. Deputies responded to U.S. Highway 40 near mile marker 76 for a traffic stop.

4:40 p.m. Deputies responded to U.S. 40 near mile marker 84 for a traffic stop.

5:23 p.m. Deputies responded to Maybell for a traffic stop.

5:46 p.m. Deputies responded to the intersection of U.S. 40 and Moffat County Road 201 for a traffic stop.

Tuesday, May 13

12:43 p.m. Fire/Rescue responded to the intersection of Colorado Highway 394 and Moffat County Road 33 for a report of a brush fire.
