Faye Christine Maki-Witcher, 49, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of driving vehicle while license was under restraint, not having compulsory insurance and being a habitual traffic offender.

Wednesday, March 26

Matthew Trent Robinson, 29, of Rifle, was booked into Moffat County jail on a court order.

Sonny Gene Cox, 25, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on a courtesy hold.

Edward William Nicklin, 51, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on a warrant for failing to comply.

Bernard John Malburg III, 52, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of first-degree criminal trespass and violating a restraining order.

La Deana Lain Cook, 49, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of harassment and domestic violence.

3:20 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of West First Street for a report of found property. A bicycle was booked into evidence as found property.

4:44 p.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of Legion Street for an arrest. A female party was arrested for traffic violations.

9:18 p.m. Officers responded to the 000 block of West Victory Way for a report of domestic violence. A female party was arrested for domestic violence.

11:57 p.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of Ranney Street for an arrest on a warrant. One person was taken into custody and booked into Moffat County jail.

Wednesday, March 26

2:33 p.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of West First Street for a report of theft.

2:41 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of West Sixth Street and Taylor Street for a report of property damage. There had been a two-vehicle non-injury accident.

3:41 p.m. Officers responded to the 1100 block of West Sixth Street for a report of fraud. There was a report of fraud over the phone.

4:13 p.m. Officers responded to the 1000 block of West Victory Way for a report of theft. Two parties were issued citations.
