Frankie C Chavez, 41, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer, harassment, operation on approach of emergency vehicles and third-degree criminal trespass.

Sabrina Ashley Zachary, 24, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on a warrant for failing to appear.

Geoffrey Layne Duzik, 22, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of violating a restraining order.

Nickolas Scott Larson, 24, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on a court order.

Kimberly Ann Miner, 33, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on a court order.

Cody Jon Chase, 25, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on a court order.

Sunday, March 23

Arturo Medina Villa, 51, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of driving a vehicle while license was under restraint, fictitious/canceled plates and not providing required registration.

Monday, March 24

Mariah Lynn Boggs, 19, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, not adhering to speed limits, open marijuana containing and possessing marijuana.

Debra Ann Bachle, 53, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of violating a restraining order.

Friday, March 21

10:23 a.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of Colorado Street for a report of property damage.

12:50 p.m. Officers responded to the 200 block of West Victory Way for an arrest. An adult female was arrested on a failure to comply warrant.

1:53 p.m. Officers responded to the 200 block of West Victory Way for an arrest. An adult male was arrested for crime of violating a restraining order.

2:54 p.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of Taylor Street for a report of a suspicious person.

2:59 p.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of West First Street for a report of theft of medication. The investigation continues.

Saturday, March 22

12:55 a.m. Officers responded to the 900 block of West First Street for a report of a noise complaint. There was a complaint of loud music and yelling. The involved parties agreed to turn down the music.

3:37 p.m. Officers responded to the 1100 block of West Sixth Street for a report of a disturbance in progress. After speaking with the two males involved, it was determined that no crime had occurred.

3:49 p.m. Officers responded to the 1100 block of West Victory Way for a report of theft. A person ate a meal at the business, but did not pay.

9:00 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of West Victory Way and Finley Lane for a report of a DUI accident. It was a single-car-crash and the driver was arrested for driving the vehicle under the influence, no registration card in vehicle, failing to present evidence of insurance and drove defective/unsafe vehicle.

11:01 p.m. Officers responded to the 1200 block of West Victory Way for a loud car stereo. The two juveniles involved agreed to turn their music down.

Monday, March 24

9:09 a.m. Officers responded to the 1400 block of Barclay for a report of a civil problem. There was a possible violation of a restraining order under investigation.

2:52 p.m. Officers responded to the 900 block of West First Street for a report of property damage. There had been a two-vehicle non-injury accident.

3:46 p.m. Officers responded to the 900 block of Yampa Avenue for a report of theft. A laptop computer had been reported stolen.

6:14 p.m. Officers responded to the 900 block of East Eighth Street for a report of a disturbance in progress. A juvenile was taken into custody.

5:56 a.m. Deputies responded to the 1000 block of Aspen Avenue for a report of a disturbance.

8:10 a.m. Deputies responded to Highway 40 near Mile Post 82 for a traffic stop.

Saturday, March 22

6:34 p.m. Deputies responded to the 1100 block of Sequoia Avenue for a report of criminal mischief.

8:51 p.m. Deputies responded to Highway 40 near Mile Post 20 for a traffic stop.
