A week of a good workout, whether it is muscle strengthening or cardiovascular, will have effects on your body. Remember to push yourself towards a good workout; staying in your comfort zone (more tolerable) will not make you any gains. Make those muscles or heart and lungs work. To actually drop a pant size or be able to run farther or faster can take a month or longer. Just because the scales are not changing, doesn’t mean you are not making gains. You can lose inches without losing pounds. Results only come with time and commitment.
