Craig’s Bill Sawer is hosting a summer soccer camp at his fields on West First Street.

Sawer Soccer Park will have a refereed soccer game for players of all ages and skill levels from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesdays.

Players are encouraged to bring shinguards but no soccer cleats. Sawer has extra equipment available to use for those without shinguards.

For more information, call Sawer at 970-824-0116.

Summer water aerobics at Craig pool

Craig Parks and Recreation is taking registration for the next session of water aerobics at the Craig Swimming Complex this summer.

Water aerobics offers a low-resistance method of exercise and can improve fitness and flexibility without over-working joints. During the summer, shallow-water and deep-water classes will be offered. Shallow-water classes will be from noon to 1 p.m. or 6 to 7 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays. Deep-water classes will be at the same times Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Classes run through Aug. 14. The fee for one session is $50 or $90 for both sets of classes, or people can drop in on individual classes for $4. For more information, call Parks and Rec at 970-826-2029.
