David William Silver, 30, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of domestic violence and third-degree assault.

Allora Lee Dannon Wallace, 22, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of violating a restraining order, resisting arrest, second-degree assault, criminal attempt and walking on the highway.

Jonathan Chester Bennett, 37, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a courtesy hold.

Friday, July 4

Michael Wayne Warren II, 40, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of violating bail bond conditions, violating a restraining order, resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer and second-degree assault.

Caesar Vance Collins, 23, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of violating a restraining order.

Jake L. Gould, 23, of Newcomb, New Mexico, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of harassment.

Saturday, July 5

Roberto Rodriguez, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of third-degree assault, obstruction of telephone or telegraph service and domestic violence.

Brian Alan Simillion, 38, a transient, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of violating a restraining order.

Daisy Ann Harris, 36, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of violating a restraining order.

2:03 a.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of Yampa Avenue for a report of criminal mischief.

8:57 a.m. Officers responded to the 1000 block of West Victory Way for a report of property damage. There was a report of a two-car crash.

9:52 a.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of East Fourth Street for a report of harassment.

10:36 a.m. Officers responded to the 900 block of West Victory Way for a report of property damage. There had been a noninjury, two-car crash.

12:17 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Pershing Street and West Victory Way for a report of property damage. There had been a noninjury, two-car crash.

2:19 p.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of East Victory Way for an agency assist.

4:50 p.m. Officers responded to the 700 block of Hospital Loop for a report of an assault. Officers assisted with an intoxicated person.

8:47 p.m. Officers responded to the 700 block of Barclay Street for a report of theft. A package sent in the mail was reported stolen.

9:42 p.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of Russell Street for a report of a civil problem.

1:15 a.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of Yampa Avenue for a report of harassment. A male party was issued a summons.

11:20 a.m. Officers responded to the 1100 block of West Sixth Street for a report of a hit-and-run crash. The investigation continues.

3:33 p.m. Officers responded to the 3600 block of West Sixth Street for a report of a hit-and-run crash.

6:52 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of Moffat County Road 100 for an agency assist.

6:53 p.m. Officers responded to the 900 block of West First Street for a report of a cold burglary.

Saturday, July 5

1:10 a.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of Yampa Avenue for a complaint. A male party was reported drinking in a bar even though he had a restraining order prohibiting him from drinking. The male party was booked into Moffat County Jail.

1:42 p.m. Officers responded to the 1400 block of Sage Court for a report of fraud.

8:45 p.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of East Fourth Street for a report of lost property. A wallet was reported lost.

Monday, July 7

10:02 a.m. Officers responded to the 1100 block of West Sixth Street for a report of a hit-and-run crash.

1:43 p.m. Officers responded to the 200 block of West Victory Way for a report of property damage. There was a noninjury car crash.

2:25 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of West Victory Way for a report of property damage. There was a noninjury car crash.

9:40 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of West Fourth and Taylor streets for a report of a DUI. One male party was arrested for DUI, and one female party was arrested for domestic violence. Both were booked into Moffat County Jail.
