Over the next few weeks we will have tips on how to burn fat faster.
Build more muscle. Your body’s resting metabolic rate (RMR) determines how many calories you burn. When your body has more lean muscle, you burn calories at a faster rate. When lifting weights to gain muscle, you should choose heavier weights and fewer repetitions. You should be able to perform eight to twelve repetitions with the twelfth rep being more difficult but still be able to demonstrate good technique. Exercises that involve more than one joint, such as squats, pull-ups, rows, and push-ups build more muscle and burn calories faster. So increase your RMR, by building muscle to burn fat baster.
