Sabrina Elyse Gill, 29, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on a warrant for failing to comply with probation.

Felipe Pinal-Leyva, 36, of Clifton, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of domestic violence, child abuse, second-degree assault, false imprisonment and criminal possession.

Darla Jane Geyer, 45, of Maybell, was booked into Moffat County jail on a courtesy hold.

Francisco Javier Medina Tinajero, 23, of Magnolia, Texas, was booked into Moffat County jail on a courtesy hold.

Wednesday, Jan. 15

Dacota Lee Thompson, 20, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on a warrant for failing to appear.

John Forrest Wright, 36, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on a warrant for failing to appear.

Mario Ramon Smith, 29, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of domestic violence, intimidating a witness/victim, stalking, violating a restraining order, possession of weapons, violating bail bonds, violating bail bond conditions, possessing drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Anthony Matthew Segura, 38, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on a warrant for failing to comply.

Jeffery Wayne Radke, 49, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of driving under the influence, not having compulsory insurance, possessing drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and driving under the influence of liquor.

Jamie Ray Winey, 34, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on a warrant for failing to comply.

7:58 a.m. Officers responded to the 200 block of West Ninth Street for a report of an assault. A report was taken.

8:15 a.m. Officers responded to the 900 block of Finely Lane for a report of assault. A report was taken.

9:43 a.m. Officers responded to the 2000 block of Baker Drive for a report of theft. A license was reported stolen.

11:11 a.m. Officers responded to the 000 block of College Drive for a report of a suspicious article. A suspicious package was received in the mail and referred to the postal inspector.

2:43 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of First Avenue West for a report of domestic violence. A male party was spoken to, interviewed and a report was taken.

4:28 p.m. Officers responded to the 2000 block of West Victory Way for a report of theft. There was a report of shoplifting.

8:17 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of West Seventh Street and Breeze Street for a REDDI REPORT. A male party was taken into custody and booked into Moffat County jail.

8:30 p.m. Officers responded to East Victory Way for a report of a drunk pedestrian. A male party was taken into custody for violating bond conditions and booked into Moffat County jail.

Wednesday, Jan. 15

1:40 p.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of Wickes Avenue for a report of a noise complaint. One male party was arrested and booked into Moffat County jail and the other persons were warned for noise.

7:45 a.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Seventh Street and Yampa Avenue for a report of a hit and run accident.

3:11 p.m. Officers responded to the 700 block of Riford Road for a report of fraud. A female party reported that she was scammed out of money. A report was taken.

3:18 p.m. Officers responded to the 2000 block of West Victory Way for a report of vandalism. A male party reported vandalism to his vehicle in the Wal-Mart parking lot. The party decided not to press charges at the time.

4:41p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of School Street for an agency assist. One female party and one male party were taken into custody for parole. The male party was booked into Moffat County jail and the female party was turned over to parole.

7:26 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of First Avenue West for an arrest on a warrant. A male party was arrested and booked into Moffat County jail.
