Jeffery Paul Noland, 26, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence, careless driving and not having proof of financial responsibility.

Jeremy Scott Bruce, 34, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of violating a restraining order.

Monday, Feb. 17

Ramsay Marie Stewart, 27, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving a vehicle while license under restraint.

Friday, Feb. 14

5:51 p.m. Officers responded to the 900 block of West First Street for a report of a disturbance in progress. A male and female party were pushing and shoving each other. The male party was issued a summons for vicious animals, and the female party was issued a summons for fighting in public.

9:44 p.m. Officers responded to the 700 block of East Victory Way for a report of theft. Gasoline had been reported stolen.

10:34 p.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of Legion Street for a report of a burglary in progress. A male party was issued a summons for criminal mischief.

Saturday, Feb. 15

5:24 p.m. Officers responded to the 1000 block of Yampa Avenue for a welfare check. The check was for two children, and a female party picked them up.

9:33 p.m. Officers responded to the 2400 block of West Victory Way for a report of a hit and run crash. There were no injuries.

11:22 p.m. Officers responded to the 700 block of East Victory Way for a report of theft. Gasoline had been reported stolen.

1:18 p.m. Officers responded to the 1300 block of West Victory Way for a report of trespass. A male party trespassed from a business.

Monday, Feb. 17

10:17 a.m. Officers responded to the 1200 block of Rose Street for a report of theft. A company gas card had been reported stolen.

3:52 p.m. Officers responded to the 2000 block of West Victory Way for a report of a hit and run crash. There were no injuries.

4:04 p.m. Officers responded to the 900 block of Finley Lane for an information item. Information intel was given to officers.

6:49 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Fourth Avenue West and West Victory Way for an arrest. A male party was arrested for driving under revocation and he was booked into Moffat County Jail.

12:29 p.m. Deputies responded to Colorado Highway 13 near mile marker 116 for an arrest on a warrant.

Saturday, Feb. 15

5:26 p.m. Deputies responded to U.S. Highway 40 near mile marker 78 for a traffic stop.

Monday, Feb. 17

11:29 a.m. Deputies responded to the 500 block of Antrodemus Alley for a report of found property.
