Roscoe Lee Lofton, 35, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on a warrant for failing to appear.

Debra Ann Bachle, 53, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of violating a restraining order, violating bail bond conditions and violating bail bonds.

Wednesday, April 9

Mark Douglas Johnson, 47, of Denver, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia, theft by receiving, violating registration provisions, driving a vehicle under restraint and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Dustin Lee Ryan Penrose, 30, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on a court order.

Anthony Daniel Flores, 46, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on a warrant for larceny.

Thursday, April 10

Jeremy James Jaehn, 36, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of being a habitual traffic offender, possessing an open container of an alcoholic beverage and possession of a schedule one or two drug.

Billy Jack Myers, 29, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on a warrant for failing to appear.

9:30 a.m. Officers responded to the 2400 block of West Victory Way for a report of fraud. A male party tried to pass a counterfeit bill.

9:56 a.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of School Street for a report of trespass. A male party was reported trespassing from property.

11:24 a.m. Officers responded to the 700 block of Taylor Street for a report of fraud. There was a report of possible identity theft.

2:16 p.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of Breeze Street for a report of fraud.

2:20 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of School Street for a report of a disturbance in progress. A male party was arrested on a warrant and booked into Moffat County jail.

9:34 p.m. Officers responded to the 1100 block of West Sixth Street for an arrest on a warrant. There was a report of a stolen vehicle from mesa county. A male party was arrested and booked into Moffat County jail.

Wednesday, April 9

9:36 a.m. Officers responded to the 1800 block of West Victory Way for an arrest on a warrant. A male party was taken into custody and booked into Moffat County jail on a warrant from Routt County.

5:03 p.m. Officers responded to the 1700 block of West Victory Way for a report of vandalism. A camper that had been stored for winter was reported vandalized.

6:33 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of Breeze Street for a report of theft. A female party reported that her prescription medication had been stolen.

8:03 p.m. Officers responded to the 700 block of Legion Street for an arrest. A female party was arrested for theft, burglary and assault. She was booked into Moffat County jail.

9:01 p.m. Officers responded to the 1300 block of West Victory Way for an arrest. Two male parties were arrested on warrants and both were booked into Moffat County jail.

10:48 p.m. Officers responded to the 2400 block of West Victory Way for a report of fraud. Possible counterfeit bills had been used.

1:43 p.m. Deputies responded to the 800 block of Aspen Avenue for a report of theft.

7:55 p.m. Deputies responded to Highway 13 near Hamilton for an arrest on a warrant.

8:51 p.m. Deputies responded to Highway 13 near Mile Post 76 for a traffic stop.

Wednesday, April 9

8:48 p.m. Deputies responded to Highway 40 near Mile Post 1 for a report of a cold accident.

9:06 p.m. Deputies responded to the 1300 block of West Victory Way for a traffic stop.
