Loyd Rangel McDonald, 57, of Vernal, Utah, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving with impaired ability, exceeding the speed limit, prohibited use of a weapon and failing to present evidence of insurance.

Joseph Lawrence Kilwein, 42, of Hayden, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of menacing, harassment, child abuse, domestic violence, obstructing government operations and third-degree criminal trespass.

Sunday, Sept. 22

Hannah Elizabeth Preston, 26, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence, eluding or attempting to elude a police officer and violating a restraining order.

Monday, Sept. 23

Leonel Chavez, 21, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

Michael Ernest Theener, 35, of Neola, Utah, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

Tuesday, Sept. 24

Norman Dean McFarland, 51, of Grand Junction, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of violating parole.

Kenneth Michael Bergstrom, 52, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a court order.

Wednesday, Sept. 25

Christopher Jason Davis, 33, of Erie, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a court order.

Michael Albert Camilletti, 55, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant for failing to comply.

Michelle Favorel, 53, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a court order.

Friday, Sept. 20

1:48 a.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of Yampa Avenue for a report of a disturbance in progress. Two adult males were issued summonses for disorderly conduct for fighting in a public place.

7:31 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of West 16th Street and Yampa Avenue for a report of property damage. There had been a deer-vs.-car crash.

Saturday, Sept. 21

5:46 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of Pershing Street for a report of property damage.

Sunday, Sept. 22

1:07 p.m. Officers responded to the 2300 block of West First Street for a report of property damage. There had been a traffic crash in which a vehicle backed into a parked vehicle. The driver was issued a summons for careless driving.

9:13 p.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of West First Street for an agency assist. A person had been assaulted in Baggs, Wyo., and was transported to TMH for treatment.

Monday, Sept. 23

8:30 a.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of Ranney Street for a harassment call. A report was taken on possible sexual harassment.

12:01 p.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of Tucker Street for a report of theft. Washing machines and dryers had been damaged.

2:41 p.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of Breeze Street for an animal complaint. A report was taken about two dogs chasing and mauling a fawn. A citation was issued for animal at large.

5:12 p.m. Officers responded to the 1300 block of West Victory Way for a report of a complaint. Male juveniles had been acting suspicious.

6:01 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Pershing Street and West Victory Way for a report of property damage. There had been a noninjury two-car traffic crash.

10:05 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of Conner Drive for a report of a civil problem. The reporting party had questions about custody.

7:09 p.m. Officers responded to the 1100 block of West Sixth Street for a report of a hit-and-run crash.

2:38 p.m. Deputies responded to U.S. Highway 40 near mile post 1.5 for a traffic stop.

9:32 p.m. Deputies responded to the 95300 block of U.S. Highway 40 for a harassment call.

12:10 p.m. Deputies responded to First Street for a traffic stop.

10:51 p.m. Deputies responded to Moffat County for an arrest on a warrant.

11:59 a.m. Fire/Rescue responded to the 3000 block of West Victory Way for a report of a fire. They aided in an elevator rescue.
