Misty Dawn Moffat, 35, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and not using her turn signal.

Julian Javier Gonzalez, 26, a transient, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, not having insurance and driving without a license.

Sunday, Oct. 20

Krystal June Gullion, 28, of Fruita, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant for failing to comply.

Clarence Dean White, 64, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and weaving in a single lane.

Friday, Oct. 18

12:55 a.m. Officers responded to the 1900 block of West Victory Way for a report of harassment, domestic violence and menacing.

1:31 a.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of West Victory Way for an agency assist. They arrested an adult female for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, false reporting to authorities and possession of drug paraphernalia.

10:01 a.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of West First Street for a report of a stolen trailer. After further investigation the incident was determined to be a civil case.

1:54 p.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of West Victory Way for a report of a traffic accident. A juvenile male was issued a summons for following too closely and operating a motor vehicle with an unauthorized passenger.

7:30 p.m. Officers responded to the 1400 block of West Victory Way for a report of a traffic vehicle. The vehicle had backed from a parking space into a travel lane. The adult male was issued a summons for improper backing.

Saturday, Oct. 19

12:06 a.m. Officers responded to the intersection of West Seventh Street and School Street for an arrest. An adult female was arrested for driving under the influence.

7:09 p.m. Officers responded to the 1000 block of East Seventh Street for a report of trespass. A backdoor had been open at a residence but the property owner did not find anything missing or broken. The investigation continues.

7:26 p.m. Officers responded to the 2000 block of West Victory Way for a report of a hit and run traffic accident. The investigation continues.

Sunday, Oct. 20

3:38 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of West Victory Way for a report of found property.

6:24 p.m. Officers responded to the 1200 block of West Victory Way for a report of harassment. The parties worked out their differences.

7:07 p.m. Officers responded to the 3700 block of East Highway 40 for a report of property damage. There had been a vehicle versus deer accident.

9:20 p.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of Yampa Avenue for a report of theft. A tablet was reported stolen and the investigation continues.

Monday, Oct. 21

11:45 a.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of East 10th Street for a report of a hit and run accident. There had been a two-vehicle non-injury accident.

5:17 p.m. Deputies responded to the intersection Moffat County Road Seven and Cedar Mountain Road for a report of death.

10:30 p.m. Deputies responded to the 800 block of East Seventh Street for an arrest on a warrant.

5:48 p.m. Deputies responded to Highway 40 near mile post six for a traffic stop.
