Isaac David Giron, 26, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of third-degree assault, harassment, violating a restraining order, child abuse and domestic violence.

9:59 a.m. Officers responded to the 1100 block of West Victory Way for a report of theft. Items from a store had been stolen.

10:19 a.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of West First Street for a follow-up-investigation. A female reported a cold accident.

3:06 p.m. Officers responded to the 300 block of School Street for a report of theft. Gas had been reported as siphoned from a vehicle for a second time.

3:46 p.m. Officers responded to the 2000 block of West Victory Way for a report of property damage. There had been a two-vehicle accident.

6:14 a.m. Officers responded to the 300 block of Rose Street for a report of theft. Items from a vehicle were reported stolen.

7:52 a.m. Officers responded to the 300 block of Russell Street for a report of theft. A live animal trap had been reported stolen.

10:15 a.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of East Victory Way. A speaker had been reported stolen.

2:51 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of Taylor Street for a report of theft. A backpack had been reported stolen from a vehicle.

1:15 p.m. Deputies responded to Wilderness Ranch for a report of lost property.

Wednesday, Oct. 9

8:21 p.m. Fire/Rescue responded to Highway 40 near mile marker 88 for a report of a vehicle crash. Fire/Rescue had to perform an extrication.
