Shane Charles Brookins, 20, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of domestic violence, harassment and criminal mischief.

Monday, Nov. 25

Steven Francis Soos, 21, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of liquor, breaking the speed limit and failing to present compulsory insurance

Dustin James Oliver, 35, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant for harassment.

Kendal Rose Snyder, 20, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of false reporting to authorities.

Justin Michael Minton, 22, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a court order.

10:49 a.m. Officers responded 800 block of West First Street for a report of harassment. A report was taken.

12:40 p.m. Officers responded to the 1000 block of West Victory Way for a report of a hit-and-run. There were no injuries.

2:59 a.m. Officers responded to the West Third Street and Woodbury for a report of a suspicious vehicle. A female party was taken into custody for driving under the influence.

8:29 a.m. Officers responded to the 700 block of West Victory Way for a report of theft. Paychecks had been taken.

2:42 p.m. Officers responded to the 2300 block of West Victory Way for a report of a hit-and-run. There were no injuries.

8:42 p.m. Officers responded to the 1400 block of Yampa Avenue for a report of domestic violence. A male party was taken into custody.

10:22 p.m. Officers responded to the 1100 block of West Victory Way for a report of a hit-and-run.

Sunday, Nov. 24

12:42 a.m. Officers responded to the 1300 block of West Victory Way for a report of a drug violation. A party was attempting to buy cigarettes for a juvenile.

11:58 a.m. Officers responded to the intersection of U.S. Highway 40 and Colorado Highway 13 for a report of a hit-and-run. There were no injuries.

10:26 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of West First and Ranney streets for an arrest. A male party was taken into custody.

Monday, Nov. 25

9:01 a.m. Officers responded to the 200 block of West Victory Way on a warrant. A male party was taken into custody.

2:41 p.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of Pershing Street for a report of found property. A bicycle was booked in at the police station for safe keeping.

2:49 p.m. Offices responded to the 600 block of Wickes Avenue for a report of a burglary. A report was taken.

2:55 p.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of West First Street for a report of a weapons violation. An officer applied for warrants on two felony cases.
