Andrew James Barela, 23, of Rangely, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence, exceeding the speed limit and having an open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle.

Michael Allen Hayes, 30, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving with impaired ability and failing to turn his brights off when facing an oncoming vehicle.

Sunday, Nov. 10

Lorena Serrano-Moran, 30, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant for failing to appear on traffic charges.

Cody Allen Brewer, 21, of Craig was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant for contempt of court.

Monday, Nov. 11

Steven Jay Heafner, 53, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of violating a restraining order and for a warrant for failing to appear.

12:38 p.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of Pershing Street for a harassment call. A female reported receiving a harassing text.

5:57 p.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of Rose Street for a follow-up investigation.

8:24 p.m. Officers responded to 300 block of Colorado Highway 13 for a report of property damage. There had been a two-car, noninjury crash.

9:01 p.m. Officers responded to the 700 block of Hospital Loop for a report of assault. A male party reported the assault.

9:48 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of First Avenue West for a report of theft. There had been a report of theft from a vehicle.

7:38 a.m. Officers responded to the 400 bock of Hawthorne for a report of theft. A bicycle had been reported stolen.

9:40 a.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Ledford Street and West Victory Way for a report of property damage. There had been a noninjury car crash.

5:48 p.m. Officers responded to the 2000 block of West Victory way for a report of lost property. A wallet was reported missing.

10:57 a.m. Officers responded to the 200 block of West Victory Way for a traffic stop.

2:46 p.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of Legion Street for an arrest. A male party was arrested on a warrant and booked into Moffat County Jail.

6:58 p.m. Officers responded to the 1000 block of West Victory Way for a welfare check. A female party was arrested on a warrant and booked into Moffat County Jail.

8:24 p.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of Wickes Avenue for a report of a disturbance in progress. A male party was arrested on warrant and new charges and was booked into Moffat County Jail.

Monday, Nov. 11

2:36 p.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of Yampa Avenue for a report of found property. A bicycle was found and taken back to the owner.

5:30 p.m. Officers responded to the 2000 block of West Victory Way for a report of lost property.

6:29 p.m. Officers responded to the 700 block of Yampa Avenue for a runaway report.
