Friday, Nov. 1

Connor Levi Pogline, 18, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant for ID theft and forgery.

Wyatt Allen Decker, 19, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicions of violating a restraining order and illegal possession/consumption of alcohol.

Sunday, Nov. 3 Olin Jesus Clark, 29, of Hayden, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence, driving while license under restraint, child abuse and improper turning.

Dustin James Oliver, 35, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of criminal mischief and domestic violence.

Monday, Nov. 4

Nicholas Blaine Odell, 35, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a courtesy hold.

Friday, Nov. 1

12:30 a.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of School Street for a report of driving under the influence. An adult male failed to stop at a stop sign. He was arrested for driving under the influence, prohibited use of a weapon and illegal possession/consumption of alcohol. In the vehicle was another adult male who was issued a summons for illegal possession/consumption of alcohol by a person under 21 and was arrested on two warrants.

1:55 a.m. Officers responded to the 900 block of West First Street for a report of a noise complaint. There was a report of loud music and it turned out to be at an underage party. Five juveniles were issued summonses for illegal possession/consumption of alcohol by a person under 21 years of age. An adult male was also arrested for a temporary restraining order violation.

12:35 p.m. Officers responded to the 900 block of Lincoln Street for a report of fraud. There had been a report of an unauthorized transaction on a credit card. The investigation continues.

Saturday, Nov. 2

9:52 a.m. Officers responded to Victory Way for a report of property damage.

Sunday, Nov. 3

1:24 a.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Victory Way and Russell Street for a traffic stop. An adult male was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and making the wrong turn.

10:14 a.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of West Sixth Street for a call of a civil standby. An adult male was arrested for criminal mischief and domestic violence.

Monday, Nov. 4

8:44 a.m. Officers responded to Finley Lane for a report of property damage.

4:04 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of West Victory Way for a report of a hit and run accident.

9:37 p.m. Officers responded to the 300 block of Barber Drive for an agency assist.

9:05 a.m. Deputies responded to Highway 13 near Mile Post 300 for a traffic stop.

9:29 a.m. Deputies responded to Highway 13 near Mile Post 120 for a traffic stop.

Friday, Nov. 1

8:31 a.m. Deputies responded to the 800 block of East First Street for a follow-up investigation.

1:41 p.m. Deputies responded to the intersection of Moffat County Road 12 and Douglas Mountain for a report of a death.

2:47 p.m. Fire/Rescue responded to the 500 block of West Victory Way for a report of a vehicle crash.

Sunday, Nov. 3

6:46 p.m. Fire/Rescue responded to the 1500 block of Yampa Avenue for a report of a structure fire.

Tuesday, Nov. 5

7:52 a.m. Fire/Rescue responded to the 900 block of Finley Lane for a report of a vehicle crash. There were no injuries.
