Wednesday, May 8

Tammy Lynn Green, 52, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a court order.

Tuesday, May 7

11:13 a.m. Officers responded to the 2500 block of East U.S. Highway 40 for a report of a woman who suspected someone put sugar in her gas tank. A report was taken for insurance purposes.

4:21 p.m. Officers responded to Veterans Memorial Park, 800 block of West First Street, for a report of a purse that had been stolen. A woman reported she set her purse down on a bench and was distracted for a minute. When she turned around the purse was gone.

8:05 p.m. Officers responded to the 1800 block of West Victory Way for a report of a found license plate.

Wednesday, May 8

4:37 a.m. Officers responded to the 700 block of East Victory Way and arrested a man on a warrant.

10:19 a.m. Officers responded to Emerson Street for a report of an abandoned vehicle. Code enforcement officers red-tagged the vehicle.

12:29 p.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of East Seventh Street for a domestic disturbance. A man reported a woman was hitting him. When officers arrived on scene the woman was driving away with three children in the car. Officers pulled over the woman and arrested her on suspicion of driving under the influence, among other charges.

3:14 p.m. Officers responded to the 2400 block of East Victory Way, for an undisclosed animal complaint.

7:42 p.m. Officers responded to the 1100 block of School Street and arrested a man on a failure to comply warrant.

Thursday, May 2

8:38 p.m. Deputies responded to the 300 block of Moffat County Road 64 and arrested a man on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault.

Friday, May 3

12:40 p.m. Deputies responded to Colorado Highway 318 near milepost 40 for a report of a fatal ATV crash.

Saturday, May 4

10:20 p.m. Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Moffat County Road 183 near milepost 1 and issued a summons for speeding.

Sunday, May 5

9:45 a.m. Deputies conducted a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 40 near milepost 62 and issued a summons for speeding.

1:34 p.m. Deputies conducted a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 40 near Elk Springs and issued a summons for speeding.

6:40 p.m. Deputies conducted a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 40 near milepost 78 and issued a summons for speeding.

7:38 p.m. Deputies responded to the 1100 block of West Sixth Street to help Craig Police Department Officers with an undisclosed problem.

Monday, May 6

11:10 a.m. Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Colorado Highway 13 near milepost 78 and issued a summons for careless driving.

1:12 p.m. Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Colorado Highway 13 near milepost 78 and issued a summons for speeding.

2:13 p.m. Deputies responded to Wyman’s Living History Museum, 94600 block of U.S. Highway 40, for a wildland fire.

3:17 p.m. Deputies responded to Elam gravel pit, 1800 block of East First Street, for an industrial accident.

7:22 p.m. Deputies responded to the 3800 block of West Ninth Street for a report of a dog at large.

5:27 a.m. Firefighters responded to the 200 block of Commerce Street for a fire.
