Spring and summer flight options shrink for Steamboat travelers

In addition to cutting April and May flights to one round trip to and from Denver, there will be two daily round trips in June instead of the three that operated last summer and three flights in July instead of the four that served YVRA in July 2012.

Colorado Children's Campaign releases annual report

The Colorado Children’s Campaign recently released its 2013 Kids Count report outlining the well being of children in Colorado, breaking down numbers by county. The state as a whole saw the child poverty rate go up from 17 percent in 2010 to 18 percent in 2011. Moffat’s child poverty rate of children under 18 was 17.5 percent while Routt County’s was 11.9 percent.
