Lance Jordan, 42, of Farmington, N.M., was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of conspiracy, first-degree criminal trespass, aggravated motor vehicle theft, driving under the influence of alcohol and obstructing a peace officer.

Rebecca Renee Hightower, 32, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of conspiracy, first-degree criminal trespass, aggravated motor vehicle theft, driving under the influence of alcohol and obstructing a peace officer.

Jeremy Travis Retter, 26, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under restraint, driving under the influence of drugs and driving with defective tail lights.

Sunday, March 24

Xeth Mikel Garcia, 21, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of domestic violence and third-degree assault.

Brian David Garcia, 34, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of harassment and violating a restraining order.

Joshua B. Flaharty, 25, of Oak Creek, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of reckless endangerment, reckless driving, vehicular eluding, weaving, speeding, failure to use signals, disobeying traffic control devices, driving the wrong way on a one-way road, failure to yield when emerging from an alley or driveway, and littering.

Jeremy James Jaehn, 35, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of theft and third-degree criminal trespass.

Friday, March 22

9:07 a.m. Officers responded to the 200 block of East Victory Way for a report of a hit-and-run crash at Quality Photo. The building sustained damage from the crash, which officers think took place overnight.

10 a.m. Code enforcement officers left a written warning for residents in the 400 block of Hawthorn Street about removing tires on the property from public view.

11:15 a.m. Code enforcement officers left a written warning for residents in the 800 block of Stout Street about removing a couch in the backyard from public view.

11:21 a.m. Code enforcement officers left a written warning for residents in the 800 block of Stout Street about removing tires and a bed frame on the property from public view.

5:57 p.m. Officers were involved in a car chase that began at the intersection of west 12th and School streets.

8:16 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of East Victory Way for a report of a customer who ate a meal without paying for it.

11:47 p.m. Officers responded to the 1300 block of West Ninth Street for a report of a hit-and-run crash. An unknown driver reportedly struck a tree in the front yard after driving through the mailbox.

Saturday, March 23

8:13 p.m. Officers arrested a man in the 1100 block of West Sixth Street on suspicion of third-degree assault and domestic violence.

9:24 p.m. Officers responded to the 1100 block of West Victory Way and issued a man with a one-year trespass notice.

10:35 p.m. Officers responded to the 1200 block of Taylor Street for a report of an egged vehicle.

Sunday, March 24

3:52 a.m. Officers responded to the 200 block of Jeffcoat Drive for a report of a drunken driver. A woman was stopped and taken into custody.

7:01 a.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of Tucker Street for a report of domestic violence. No arrests were made because officers could not locate either party.

1:34 p.m. Officers responded to the 900 block of Herring Circle and arrested a man on suspicion of harassment and violating a restraining order.

2:09 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Green Street and West Victory Way for a complaint about a red SUV driving recklessly. Officers tracked the vehicle to the 1200 block of Barclay and arrested a man on suspicion of harassment and violating a restraining order.

9:02 p.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of Barclay Street for a report of an egged vehicle.

10:06 p.m. Officers responded to the 2000 block of West Victory Way and arrested a man on suspicion of theft.

Monday, March 25

10:12 a.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Fourth Street and Yampa Avenue for a cold vehicle crash. Officers took a report from both parties.

4:26 p.m. Officers responded to the 1200 block of Marianna Way for a report of burglary. Change was reportedly stolen from a home. Suspects are unknown.

Wednesday, March 20

7:01 a.m. Deputies responded to the 10700 block of Moffat County Road 134 for a dog at large. The owner was issued a summons.

4:15 p.m. Deputies responded to the 6800 block of Moffat County Road 30 for a car crash. A man and a woman were arrested at the scene on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and vehicle theft.

8:11 p.m. Deputies responded to the 900 block of Yampa Avenue to help the Moffat County Department of Social Services. Deputies determined the report was unfounded.

Saturday, March 23

3:15 p.m. Deputies responded to the 24300 block of Moffat County Road 17 for a report of car theft and burglary. No additional details were released.

7:15 a.m. Firefighters returned to the 200 block of Knoll Avenue for a home fire that rekindled.

Monday, March 25

11:42 a.m. Firefighters responded to the intersection of Eighth Street and Finely Lane for a car crash.

Tuesday, March 26

6:51 a.m. Firefighters responded to Wickes Avenue for a medical assist call.
