TMH board of trustees takes action at regular meeting

During its regularly scheduled meeting Thursday, The Memorial Hospital at Craig board of trustees unanimously approved all action items, including:
— Medical staff privileges
— Approval of the Organizational Performance Improvement Plan
The board also heard the January 2013 financial report from CFO Bryan Chalmers and the QHR and Executive Team Monthly Report from Mike Mullins, Quorum Health Resources Region 9 vice president, and interim CEO Joyce Hein.
