Moffat County swimming, track and field teams not traveling Saturday

Most Moffat County High School spring sports games have been canceled this weekend because of predicted stormy weather both here and on the Front Range.
Some games were canceled earlier this week, including Bulldogs baseball. Moffat County’s swimming and track and field teams also have called off their competitions. The track team was headed to a meet at Montrose High School, while boys swimming was set to swim at the District 51 Relays at Colorado Mesa University.
As of 3:30 p.m. Friday, Craig Middle School’s wrestlers were still planning to compete in Montrose and Steamboat Springs on Saturday morning. Both meets start at 9 a.m.
