Independence Day is fast approaching. Independence Day and the symbol of our country, the American flag, mean different things to different folks. What does it mean to you? When I was young and attending school, World War II was going on. Every morning we would salute the flag by pledging allegiance to it.

F. Neil Folks: Program helps others

Moffat County Fuller Center for Housing is having a Fuller Center Bike Adventure Build Day on July 15. The center is in need of work projects for some 25 cyclists that are coming to town to help us provide a “hand-up” to someone in need of work on their homes or property.

46th Cottonwood Classic celebrates another successful tournament

The 46th Cottonwood Classic rolled through the weekend with frustration, relaxation and determination from 130 golfers that participated in the tournament that boasted seven flights, a senior flight and a championship flight.
