— Craig resident Deana Miller, 24, who friends and family say was missing since late last week, was found Wednesday morning near Browns Park.

Miller, who is a mother of three, is being treated at The Memorial Hospital in Craig.

The Moffat County Sheriff’s Office began its search for Miller after her mother, Reta Turner, of Idaho, called the Sheriff’s Office on Monday to file a missing person report, Undersheriff Charlene Abdella said.

Before she was found Wednesday, Miller last was seen at Browns Park with a group of friends during the weekend, Abdella said.

Why didn't these so called friends call it in if she was w them for the weekend??? An why haven't they all been questioned or suspected of something?? If it was a wife or husband vise versa they would be the first suspects???

Thanks to all involved in finding her for the kids sake.
I am sorry for the quote in the paper, in that, I repeated what I was told by the sheriff's department. Just the part about how she was found. She will be okay physically and now it's time to talk about getting her into treatment. This community was very actively talking about this incident. I believe it would be positive to start talking about the drug/alcohol and mental health problems we have in this community and how we can address that.
