Kendal Rose Snyder, 19, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on a court order.

Rusty Alan Neal, 46, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on a court order.

Andrew David Sexton, 25, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of first-degree criminal trespass and indecent exposure to an adult.

Tara Nicole Montoya, 22, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of domestic violence and criminal mischief.

Saturday, June 1

William B. Cordaro, 39, of Fort Worth, Texas, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of littering and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Daniel Coleman Gagon, 33, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on a warrant.

Joshua B. Flaharty, 25, of Oak Creek, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of child abuse, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and authorized possession.

Nicole Kay Granados, 24, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of theft.

Elizabeth Rita Cox, 24, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of child abuse, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and authorized possession.

Eugene D. Pauley, 51, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of driving while ability impaired, driving with improperly attached number plates and driving with improper tail lamps and reflectors.

Faye Christine Maki-Witcher, 49, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of driving under revocation.

Brooke Leah Etzler, 31, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of bond revocation.

Angela Kristen Budge, 25, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on a warrant.

Anthony Barry Wah Fong Maug, 22, of Honolulu, Hawaii, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of failing to obey the speed limits.

Monday, June 3

Jesus Lopez-Nepomuceno, 40, of Wenatchee, Wash., was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of failing to obey the speed limit and criminal possession of a forged instrument.

David Andrew Burns-Guevara, 18, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of violating a restraining order and illegal possession of ethyl alcohol by a minor.

Christie Lee Niles, 25, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on a warrant.

Thursday, May 30

1 p.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of Pershing Street for an animal complaint. A woman was issued a summons for a prohibited vicious dog and animals at large after her dog got out of the yard and attacked another dog. The injured dog later died.

1:11 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Colorado Street and Victory Way for a domestic violence complaint. A man was issued a summons.

8:31 p.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of Washington Street for an agency assist. A man was issued a summons for reckless endangerment and prohibited use of a weapon after a gun went off while it was being cleaned.

Friday, May 31

8:39 a.m. Code enforcement officers responded to the 900 block of Colby Circle and contacted the company handling a foreclosed property regarding excessively tall grass and weeds.

9:11 a.m. Code enforcement officers responded to the 600 block of Taylor Street and contacted a property owner regarding a trailer that had been parked in a yard for a few weeks. The trailer needed to be parked in a legal parking space.

9:23 a.m. Code enforcement officers responded to the 600 block of Taylor Street and issued a warning that excessively tall grass and weeds needed to be cut.

1:10 p.m. Officers responded to the 300 block of Russell Street for a report of domestic violence. A woman was arrested and issued a summons for criminal mischief and domestic violence.

Saturday, June 1

1:53 p.m. Officers responded to the 200 block of West Victory Way for a report of theft. A woman was arrested and issued a summons for theft of merchandise.

Sunday, June 2

12:38 a.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of Tucker Street for an agency assist. A woman was arrested on a contempt of court warrant out of Arapahoe County.

11:18 a.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of East Fourth Street for a traffic stop. A woman was arrested for driving under revocation.

Monday, June 3

12:27 a.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of Ledford Street for an arrest. A man was arrested for violating a restraining order, and a woman was written a summons for illegal possession by a minor.

12:06 p.m. Officers responded to the 100 block of West Sixth Street for a report of theft. A man reported his wallet stolen from his new residence.

2:41 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of Colorado Street for a report of trespassing. A man had trespassed a residence.

4:20 p.m. Code enforcement officers left warnings for five residences on the 2200 block of Jeffcoat Drive for weeds, trash and junk.

5:21 p.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of Washington Street for an arrest. A woman was arrested for violating a restraining order, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

6:52 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of School Street for a report of property damage. It was a two-vehicle crash with no injuries.

6:01 p.m. Deputies responded to U.S. Highway 40 near mile post 88 for an arrest.

9:53 p.m. Deputies responded to U.S. 40 near mile post 65 for an arrest.

12:29 p.m. Craig Fire/Rescue responded to the 300 block of Hawthorn Street for a report of a fire.
