Police identify homeless man found dead in Craig

— The Craig Police Department confirmed Wednesday that a body found near a Craig restaurant was that of Michael Fedinec, 52, a homeless man.

“He was mostly seen riding a bicycle around town,” said Sgt. John Forgay. “We don’t see any signs of trauma. At this point, we’re leaning toward natural causes.”

Forgay said the man was living under the bridge by O.P. Bar & Grill, 534 E. Victory Way.

Fedinec's body was found Tuesday by juveniles, Sgt. Corey Wagner said.
