Hec Merton Mcentee, 37, of Hayden, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of violating a restraining order.

Fernando S Rojas, 34, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of violating conditions of his release.

Pinky Bennett Pratt, 60, of Carrollton, Texas, was booked into Moffat County jail on a warrant for speeding.

Friday, July 26

Caesar Vance Collins, 22, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of driving under restraint and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Sunday, July 28

Charles Martin Raschke, 56, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Monday, July 29

Michael Brandon Mallory, 32, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on a warrant for third degree assault, criminal mischief, obstructing government operations, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Patrick Gordon Goetz, 38, of Dinosaur, was booked into Moffat County jail, on suspicion of third degree assault.

Tuesday, July 30

Thursday, July 25

12:50 a.m. Officers responded to the intersection of East Fourth Street and Russell Street for a traffic stop. An adult male was arrested for driving a vehicle the wrong way on a one-way road and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs or both.

1:34 a.m. Officers responded to the 1000 block of East Seventh Street for an arrest. An adult male was arrested for violating a protection order.

8:53 a.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Breeze Street and West Victory Way for a report of property damage. There was a traffic accident with no injuries. An adult male was issues a summons for failing to yield to the right of way at a stop sign.

10:50 a.m. Code enforcement officers responded to the 700 block of Colorado Street to contact the property owner about tall grass growing around a shed-type structure on the property.

11:00 a.m. Code enforcement officers responded to the 800 block of Yampa Avenue to issue an administrative warning for tall weeds growing on the property.

11:21 a.m. Code enforcement officers responded to the 1400 block of Barclay Street and contacted the owner about tall grass and weeds growing on the property and also about a vehicle in the driveway with expired plates.

11:31 a.m. Code enforcement officers responded to the 1500 block of Barclay Street and observed tall grass and weeds at four residences. One property owner was contacted and the three other property owners received door-hanger warnings.

11:58 a.m. Code enforcement officers responded to the 800 block of Washington Street and observed tall grass and weeds growing on the property. A door-hanger warning was left for the property owner.

12:01 Code enforcement officers responded to the 800 block of Washington Street and observed tall grass and weeds, junk items on a parked trailer in the front yard, several vehicles with expired or no plates and vehicles parked in the front and side yard. An administrative warning was mailed to the property owner.

3:04 p.m. Code enforcement officers responded to the 1400 block of Sage Street and observed weeds and junk on the property. A door-hanger warning was left.

Friday, July 26

7:49 a.m. Officers responded to the 1000 block of Victory Way for an arrest. An adult male was arrested for driving with a suspended license and failing to turn a signal when changing lanes.

1:19 p.m. Animal control officers responded to the 3700 block of Westridge Court for an animal complaint. A summons was issued for a prohibited vicious animal and an animal at large.

3:37 p.m. Officers responded to the 1300 block of West Victory Way for a report of theft. There was a report of theft of gasoline.

6:07 p.m. Officers responded to the 1000 block of School Street for a report of property damage. There was a traffic accident with no injuries. A summons was issued for a vehicle being backed onto the shoulder of a controlled access highway.

11:34 p.m. Officers responded to the 2000 block of West Victory Way for a traffic stop. An adult female was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear, and issued a summons for failing to drive in a single lane and failing to use a turn signal.

Sunday, July 28

12:47 a.m. Officers responded to the 1100 block of West Sixth Street for an arrest. An adult male was arrested for third degree assault, criminal mischief, obstructing government operations, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

10:29 a.m. Officers responded to the intersection of West Fourth Street and Pershing Street for a report of an injury accident. There was a traffic accident with injuries.

2:01 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of West Victory Way after receiving a REDDI report. A driver was contacted and issued a summons for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs or both.

2:24 p.m. Officers responded to the 300 block of Apple Street for a report of burglary. There was a report of burglary with theft of money. The investigation continues.

7:56 p.m. Officers responded to the 1300 block of West Victory Way for a report of theft. There was a report of theft of gasoline. The investigation continues.

Monday, July 29

7:10 a.m. Officers responded to the 000 block of Commerce Street for a report of a suspicious person. Officers were unable to locate a male party.

11:23 a.m. Code enforcement officers responded to the 1200 block of Washington Street and issued a warning for several violations.

12:04 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of West Third Street and Mack Lane for a complaint. The male party left the area.

2:56 p.m. Code enforcement officers responded to the 600 block of West Sixth Street and left a warning for the owners.

3:11 p.m. Code enforcement officers responded to the 000 block of West Seventh Street for a report of an abandoned vehicle. The vehicle was red tagged.

5:16 p.m. Officers responded to the 700 block of Ranney Street for a report of theft. There was a report of stolen license plate.

6:49 p.m. Officers responded to the 900 block of Herring Circle for a report of vandalism. They took a report of tires being slashed.

11:15 p.m. Officers responded to the 1000 block of East Seventh Street for a report of domestic violence. The male party was arrested and taken to Moffat County jail.

8:26 p.m. Fire/Rescue responded to the 1200 block of Rose Street for a report of a herbacide spill.

10:34 p.m. Fire/Rescue responded to the 1100 block of Sequoia Avenue for an odor investigation.

4:58 p.m. Fire/Rescue responded to Moffat County Road Seven near mile post seven for a report of a vehicle crash. There was a rollover with no injuries.

Sunday, July 28

10:23 a.m. Fire/Rescue responded to the intersection of Fourth and Pershing Street for a report of a vehicle crash. There was a motorcycle accident with minor injuries.
