Jim Kowach: Snow removal problems

To the editor:
I would like to thank the city plow truck workers for doing an excellent job with the snow removal.
And just the opposite, I wonder why some people, especially businesses think they can pile snow — in some cases over 10 feet deep — on the sidewalks!
I am talking about the businesses on both sides of the West Theater. It makes me wonder if they don't care about the public or they aren't smart enough to see having kids walk in the street is dangerous!
I think the city should pass an ordinance to have proper snow removal in Craig. The sidewalk or the street is not the place for the snow!!
