To the editor:

We would like to thank the people who have been there for our family in our time of need. To start with, my co-worker who started CPR and the passer-by who aided with the 911 call. The Moffat County emergency services were terrific with their quick response to the accident scene. The Memorial Hospital staff who took care of me and stabilized me so I could catch that much-needed flight. Also, thanks to all the Yampa Valley Electric Association employees for their kindness and help throughout this ordeal. The family and friends both close and extended who have reached out to us have been wonderful. The staff of Eagle’s Nest Preschool and the congregation at Hayden Congregational Church for their thoughts and prayers. And thanks to anybody else I may have forgotten in the wonderful community we are a part of. Without your help and support I would not be sitting here today, so thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
