The following is the agenda for The Memorial Hospital at Craig board of trustees’ work session beginning at 10 a.m. Friday at the hospital in Room AB:

A. Call to order by Don Cook, chair

B. Executive session to discuss matters relating to legal advice pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b).

C. Board education – Michael Mullins, QHR, Region 9 VP

D. Adjourn
