What: Art Walk and Taste of Chocolate

— The Art Walk is free, Taste of Chocolate requires the purchase of a $12 ticket. Tickets are available at The Kitchen Shop and KS Kreations.

The 18th annual Art Walk, sponsored by the Craig Downtown Business Association, takes place from 5 to 8 p.m. today in historic downtown Craig.

Also taking place during the same hours is the seventh annual Taste of Chocolate.

The combined event will feature 30 artists and 12 chocolatiers spread out among 23 downtown Craig businesses, including two first time participants in Carelli’s Pizza and The Galaxy Restaurant.

The Art Walk also will feature the talents of Craig’s adolescent community with the return of the Connections 4 Kids’ Cherish the Little Things Children’s Art Show at the Center of Craig, 601 Yampa Ave.

Though the Art Walk is free to the public, those hoping to sample the sweet chocolate goodness will need to purchase a $12 taster’s ticket.

Taste of Chocolate tickets may be purchased at The Kitchen Shop, 577 Yampa Ave., or KS Kreations, 523 Yampa Ave.

Tickets are nearly sold out.
