Saturday, Aug. 3

Jim Arthur Weis, 42, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of theft by receiving, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and aiding or harboring a runaway.

Monday, Aug. 5

Michael Richard Morris, 43, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of unlawful use of a controlled substance, possessing amphetamines, violating a restraining order and possessing drug paraphernalia.

Benjamin Merrick Rabun, 19, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving with a revoked license and possessing/consuming alcohol as a minor.

Carrie Reshell Leonard, 44, of Thornton, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a court order.

Trenton Dayne Enochs, 19, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of possessing marijuana, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, crimes against at-risk adults, theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gary Lee Harris, 58, of Steamboat Springs, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer and criminal mischief.

Tuesday, Aug. 6

Tanner Cole Claypoole, 29, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of criminal mischief and domestic violence.

Friday, Aug. 2

10:27 a.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of West First Street for a report of theft. A male reported a credit card stolen.

8:29 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of Breeze Street for a report of lost property. On the scene, officers contacted a male party who was in violation of bond conditions and violating his restraining order. The male was arrested and taken to Moffat County Jail.

Saturday, Aug. 3

1:33 p.m. Officers responded to the 200 block of East Victory Way for a runaway report. Two female runaways from Grand Junction were taken into custody.

2:30 p.m. Officers responded to the 2000 block of West Third Street for a report of theft. A male reported that someone was stealing his mail.

7:48 p.m. Officers responded to the 1000 block of West Victory Way for a report of a two-car, injury crash. One driver was issued a citation, and both cars were towed.

Sunday, Aug. 4

2:13 a.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Victory Way and Pershing Street to make an arrest. A male party was arrested for driving under the influence and taken to Moffat County Jail.

8:37 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of Green Street for a report of a suspicious person. A male party was issued a trespass notice.

9:18 p.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of Tucker Street for report of a stolen car. A four-wheeler was reported taken.

Monday, Aug. 5

1:24 a.m. Officers responded to the zero block of Commerce Street for a report of a drunk pedestrian. An intoxicated male was causing trouble at two hotels. He was taken into custody.

7:30 a.m. Officers responded to the 300 block of Tucker Street for a report of a suspicious person. A male party was arrested for driving under the influence and criminal mischief. He was taken to jail.

8:44 a.m. Officers responded to 1200 block of East 10th Street for an arrest. Stolen property was found, and a male party was taken into Moffat County Jail.

3:23 p.m. Officers responded to the 300 block of Mack Lane for a report of found property. It was taken to the police department and booked in for safekeeping.

8:27 p.m. Officers responded to the 2200 block of West Third Street for a report of burglary. Reports stated that someone had been staying in a vacant house.

9:54 p.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of Elmwood Street for a report of domestic violence. The male party was taken to jail.

Tuesday, Aug. 6

10:12 a.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of Riford Road for a report of an abandoned car. The car was red-tagged.

10:47 a.m. Officers responded to the 1200 block of Victory Way for a report of property damage. There had been a two-car crash, and one driver was cited for a traffic violation.

2:20 p.m. Officers responded to the 3000 block of Ridgeview Road for a report of property damage. There had been a noninjury car crash.

6 p.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of Yampa Avenue for a report of theft. A cellphone was reported stolen and a female party was written a summons for theft.

7:54 p.m. Officers responded to the 200 block of West Victory Way for a report of property damage. There had been a two-car, noninjury crash.

9:26 p.m. Officers responded to the 2100 block of Baker Drive for a report of a domestic violence disturbance. Two parties were fighting about car seats and who had custody. It was advised as a civil case.

11:13 p.m. Officers responded to the 1000 block of East Seventh Street for a report of a disturbance in progress. A male was arrested for violating a restraining order.

Wednesday, Aug. 7

10:08 a.m. Officers responded to the 200 block of East Victory Way for a report of trespass. A male party was served a notice for trespassing.

5:11 p.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of East Fourth Street for a report of burglary. A male party reported that his door had been kicked in.

9:11 p.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of East Seventh Street for a report of a disturbance. A female party was arrested for violating a restraining order and taken to Moffat County Jail.

9:34 p.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of Ranney Street for a report of a hit-and-run crash.

10:41 p.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of Breeze Street for a car hitting a building. The car was towed.

7:50 p.m. Fire/Rescue responded to Victory Way for a report of a vehicle crash.

Tuesday, Aug. 6

2:45 p.m. Fire/Rescue responded to Ridgeview Road for a report of a rollover crash with no injuries.

6:15 p.m. Fire/Rescue responded to the 500 block of Breeze Street for a report of a fire.

Wednesday, Aug. 7

10:54 p.m. Fire/Rescue responded to the 400 block of Breeze Street for a report of a car crashing into a building.
