Tuesday, July 30

Larry Duane Linnemeyer, 53, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on a warrant for failing to appear for a traffic case and obstructing a police officer.

Charles Joseph Hall, 43, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of violating a restraining order.

Keith Patrick Keller, 42, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on a court order.

Wednesday, July 31

Olin Jesus Clark, 29, of Hayden, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of leaving the scene of an accident without providing necessary information, accident involving damage, prohibited use of a weapon, careless driving, driving under the influence and having expired plates.

Richard Melmoth Stephenson, 79, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of driving under restraint.

Daisy Ann Harris, 35, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County jail on suspicion of making a false report to authorities and failing to provide necessary information after striking another vehicle.

Tuesday, July 30

7:09 a.m. Officers responded to the 200 block of West Victory Way to make an arrest on a warrant. An adult male was arrested on CICJIS warrant and for obstructing a police officer.

11:14 a.m. Code enforcement officers responded to the 600 block of Pershing Street and issued a warning to the property owner for weeds.

12:13 p.m. Code enforcement officers responded to the 400 block of East Fourth Street and issued a warning for an abandoned vehicle.

12:39 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of Breeze Street for a report of property damage. There was a traffic accident involving a Ford pickup pulling a horse trailer and an unattended parked vehicle. There were no injuries. A summons was issued for careless driving.

6:44 p.m. Officers responded to the 1000 block of School Street for a report of a complaint. A child was reported to have been hit by a water balloon that had been thrown out of a passing vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.

10:23 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of West Third Street and Woodbury Drive for a report of a crash. A vehicle had crashed into a tree. The adult male was arrested for driving under the influence.

Wednesday, July 31

11:56 a.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of Legion Street for a report of theft. Prescription medications had been reported stolen. The investigation is ongoing.

2:12 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of West Victory Way for an arrest. An adult male was arrested for driving under restraint and without insurance.

3:04 p.m. Code enforcement officers responded to the intersection of East Eighth Street and Legion Street for a report of an abandoned vehicle. The vehicle was parked the wrong way so they red-tagged it.

5:03 p.m. Officers responded to the 2000 block of West Victory Way for a report of a hit and run. After investigation, the reporting adult female was arrested for false reporting.

10:05 p.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of Breeze Street for a report of a disturbance. An adult male was cited and released for disorderly conduct, illegal consumption of ehyl alcohol by a minor and criminal mischief.

Craig Fire/Rescue

Tuesday, July 30

3:15 p.m. Fire/Rescue responded to County Road 64 near mile marker two for a report of a vehicle crash.
