Thursday, April 4

Bud Anthony Jacobsen, 40, of Vernal, Utah, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under restraint, speeding and driving without insurance.

Karrissa Rheanee Ramsey, 30, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a courtesy hold.

Rusty Alan Neal, 46, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

Justin Keith Noland, 26, of Riverton, Wyo., was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

8:16 a.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of Breeze Street for a report of a theft from a vehicle. A woman reported a handbag, cellphone and other personal items taken. The suspect entered the vehicle by breaking a window, according to police reports.

9:09 a.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of Legion Street for a report of a stolen cellphone from a vehicle.

10:10 a.m. Officers responded to the 3500 block of Douglas Street for a report of a telephone scam. A man reported he received a call saying he could receive a cash reward if he would pay a processing fee.

10:28 a.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of Conner Drive for a found Samsung cellphone. The phone was turned in to police for safekeeping.

7:40 p.m. Officers responded to Exmoor Place for a report of a hit-and-run crash. A man witnessed the incident and provided a description of the vehicle to officers. The owner of the vehicle has not yet been contacted.

8:47 p.m. Officers responded to the 900 block of Legion Street for a domestic disturbance. A woman was reportedly yelling at an unknown party. The two were separated for the night.

10:33 p.m. Firefighters responded to Rose Street for a medical assist call.
