Darren Cole Stuart, 24, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of violating a restraining order.

Stephen Nathaniel Otis, 20, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of a community corrections violation.

Amanda Kayla Eisenhauer, 26, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on warrants for damage to property, harassment, criminal mischief and harassment at inconvenient hours.

Deana Renae Miller, 24, of Leadville, was booked into Moffat County Jail for a courtesy hold.

Saturday, March 30

David Rodriguez, 50, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of third-degree assault.

John Joshua Kainz, 27, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a failure to appear warrant.

Sunday, March 31

Brittany Rose Rodriguez, 19, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of resisting arrest, second-degree assault and illegal possession and consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Patrick Benally, 47, of Tonalea, Ariz., was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving a vehicle on the influence of alcohol.

Julie Anne Smith, 38, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of violating a restraining order, theft and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Monday, April 1

Dakota David Zehner, 18, of Hayden, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and improperly attached license plates.

Friday, March 29

8:48 a.m. Officers issued a summons for possession of marijuana.

10:04 a.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of West Seventh Street for a report of an assault. They took a report on scene.

10:08 a.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of Texas Avenue for a report of two dogs at large. Both animals were taken to shelter.

12:23 p.m. Officers responded to the 1100 block of West Victory Way for a report of a two-car crash in a parking area. No injuries were reported.

12:53 p.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of Ranney Street to help another agency with an arrest of a man.

6:31 p.m. Officers responded to the 1600 block of Yampa Avenue for a report of drug paraphernalia by a mailbox. The item was taken and booked in the department’s lost and found.

7:22 p.m. Officers responded to the 1000 block of East Seventh Street to conduct a follow-up investigation.

Saturday, March 30

2:10 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Fifth Avenue and A Street for a report of a car crash. A woman was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Sunday, March 31

12:49 a.m. Officers responded to the 2400 block of West Victory Way for a report of theft. A woman was cited.

3:17 a.m. Officers responded to the 200 block of Colorado Highway 13 for a report of a suspicious vehicle. A man was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

12:24 p.m. Officers responded to the 300 block of Breeze Street for a report of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was found and a man was arrested on suspicion of vehicle theft.

Monday, April 1

3:38 a.m. Officers responded to the 700 block of East Victory Way for a report of theft. A motorist left without paying for $192 of gasoline.

11:11 a.m. Officers responded to the 2600 block of West U.S. Highway 40 to arrest a man on an outstanding warrant.

12:28 p.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of Mack Lane for a report of a two-car crash. No injuries were reported and a tow truck was called for one of the vehicles.

12:55 p.m. Code enforcement officers responded to the 1400 block of Heather Street for a follow-up investigation.

1:10 p.m. Code enforcement officers responded to the 1500 block of Heather Street for a couch in a yard. The owner was issued a warning.

2:59 p.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of West First Street for a report of a drug violation. Prescription drugs were turned in and will be disposed of.

3:43 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of West 10th and Taylor Streets for a two-car crash. A man was given a summons for failure to yield.

5:48 p.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of Legion Street for a report of an assault. Two people were written summonses for harassment, and one was taken to Moffat County Jail.
