• 11:35 to 11:40 a.m. Review and sign Colorado Department of Local Affairs energy impact grant for the Town of Dinosaur.
• 11:40 to 11:50 a.m. Discussion with Roy Tipton, of developmental services, and Craig City Manager Jim Ferree
— Present joint DOLA energy impact grant application for Shadow Mountain improvements.

• 8:35 to 8:45 a.m. Consent agenda:
— Review and sign the following documents: Sept. 4 meeting minutes, resolution for the transfer of payroll warrants, resolution for payment of payroll warrants, resolution for transfer of intergovernmental funds, resolution for voided warrants, resolution for observed 2013 holidays, senior snow removal request, treasurer’s office software contract renewal and upgrade, substantial completion of energy performance contract with Ennovate, Yampa-White River Basin projects and methods analysis grant contract amendment, intensive family therapy core services contract with Sandra Papp, Moffat County extension office concrete sidewalk replacement contract.
• 8:45 to 9 a.m. General discussion:
— Note commissioners may discuss any topic relevant to county business whether or not the topic has been specifically noted on the agenda.
• 9 to 9:30 a.m. Discussion with Mark Eike, of the Colorado Department of Transportation
— Transportation matter presentation.
• 9:30 to 9:45 a.m. Discussion with Lynette Running, of human resources
— Present personnel requisition for approval.
• 9:45 to 10 a.m. Discussion with Bill Mack and Linda DeRose, of road and bridge
— Discuss waiving the bid process for a water tank purchase.
The agenda is subject to change until 24 hours before scheduled hearings. The board may alter the times of the meetings throughout the day or cancel or reschedule noticed meetings.
