25 Shades of Craig: Gratitude
Being grateful for what we all have should happen more than the few times a year when family and friends are all gathered together.
Having an attitude of gratitude should be practiced every day. When you become grateful for what you have in your life no matter how big or small, it becomes a life altering experience.
I learned about this and started living with an attitude of gratitude/ laws of attraction over two years ago, and I will be the first to admit that ever since then I have not only been happier and healthier, but I also have had so many amazing things happen to me.
It’s easy to obtain this attitude and it should start every single morning before your feet hit the floor.
When I wake up in the morning and before my eyes open I have a moment when I am thankful for what I have in my life.
No matter how big or how small you should be grateful.
I always remember that no matter how bad my day is that it could always be worse. We all are born with the ability to choose our attitudes and feelings, and when you choose to be positive you will receive more and more of these positive things.
It is all about the law of attraction, you will receive what you put out there.
I think Albert Einstein said it best: “Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.”
When we shift our way of thinking our reality will soon follow.
