Domingo J. Loya-Loya, 24, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of reckless driving, false reporting to authorities, failure to report an accident and leaving the scene of an accident without providing required information after striking unattended property.

Randy Lee Coleman, 53, of Magna, Utah, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and intent to sell marijuana.
Justin Levi Dunn, 23, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of marijuana possession, compulsory insurance violation and habitual traffic offenses.
