DENVER (AP) — A woman accused of biting two people in the neck at a Denver convenience store has been sentenced to serve 30 days in jail, plus 60 days of in-home detention.
The sentence Emi Coleman received Thursday includes a year of supervised probation. She was ordered to undergo drug and alcohol treatment, mental health treatment and anger management treatment.
Coleman had pleaded guilty to third-degree assault. Prosecutors say she entered a convenience store in November, groped a male customer before biting him in the neck, and then bit a female store clerk on the neck.
