— Review and sign the following documents: resolution appointing members to the northwest regional workforce board; contract with Soilogic for 2012 asphalt projects; contract with D’NT Electric for the electrical work for the replacement rooftop unit at the Moffat County Public Safety Center; library participation form for Across Colorado Digital Consortium; Board of Assessment Appeals stipulation for Highway 13 Lodging, LLC; county-wide fire ban resolution; state public health contract
• 8:45 to 9 a.m. General discussion:
