News In Brief: Movie night slated for Saturday night in Craig

Community movie night screening 'Raiders of the Lost Ark'
The Grand Futures Prevention Coalition will host a free movie night at 9 p.m. Saturday at the north end of Veterans Memorial Park, formerly Craig City Park. The organization will screen "Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark."
Popcorn and snow cones will be for sale.
Historical group meeting Saturday
Preserving the Last Frontier, a local historical group, will host its monthly meeting at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the library on the second floor at Sunset Meadows I, 633 Ledford St.
The program will be given by Jack and Bobbi Peed on Homesteader east of Moffat County Road 3. The meeting is open to the public.

New organization seeking board members
Freedom Hooves, an organization promoting therapeutic riding in Northwest Colorado, is looking for people interesting in serving on the group's board of directors. Anyone interested should send a letter stating their interest and what they can bring to the board.

Sports physicals available Thursday at TMH Medical Clinic
Sports physicals for Craig Middle School and Moffat County High School students will take place from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Aug. 2 at The Memorial Hospital Medical Clinic, located at 785 Russell St. The cost is $15 per physical.
Appointments are not necessary.
Church youth group organizes car wash as fundraiser
A youth group from Craig Christian Church, 960 W. Victory Way, is hosting a car wash from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the church as a fundraiser. Free will donations will be accepted. For more information, call 824-6024.
Local clinic offering free sports exams
Moffat Family Clinic, 600 Russell St., is offering free sports physicals for Moffat County High School and Craig Middle School students through July 31.
