Food Bank of the Rockies’ mobile food pantry will distribute food from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Boys & Girls Club of Craig, 1324 E. U.S. Highway 40.
There are no eligibility requirements. Food will be distributed to anyone who needs it.
Wave pool only open today, Sunday
Due to the ABC Swim Meet, the wave pool only at The Craig Swimming Complex, 605 Washington St., will be open to the public today and Sunday.
The pool will be available from 1 to 4 p.m. and from 5 to 8 p.m., with a one-hour break between sessions.
Attendees are required to pay for each session. Admission costs $4 for adults, $3.25 for children ages 12 to 17 and $3 for children ages 4 to 11.

Land Use Board meeting canceled
The Moffat County Land Use Board set for Monday has been canceled.
The next meeting will take place at 7 p.m. Aug. 13 in the main floor conference room of the Moffat County Courthouse, 221 W. Victory Way.

Photography club meets Monday
The Craig Photography Club will meet at 5 p.m. Monday in Alice Pleasant Park on the 500 block of Yampa Avenue in downtown Craig.
Participants will discuss exposure modes and experiment with different settings while photographing images in the downtown area.
All ages, abilities and camera types are welcome. Participants should bring their own cameras.

A monthly business meeting for the Craig Youth Hockey Board is scheduled to take place from 8 to 9:30 p.m. Monday at Holiday Inn of Craig, 300 S. Colorado Highway 13.

Reading program set for Tuesday
“Catch the Reading Wave,” a reading program for local elementary school students, takes place at 5 p.m. Tuesday at Craig Swimming Complex, 605 Washington St.
Snacks and activities will be provided at the event, sponsored by East and Ridgeview elementary schools. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Children who bring their book bags enter free. The cost for adults and older family members is $2.
Students are welcome to swim at the pool after the event.
Social Services to distribute food supplements
The Moffat County Department of Social Services will distribute U.S. Department of Agriculture food supplements from 9 to 11 a.m. July 17 in Craig at 595 Breeze St. Participants must use the northeast alley entrance.
Other distributions are scheduled for 9 to 9:30 a.m. July 25 at the Maybell Community Center and from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. July 25 at the Social Services office in Dinosaur, 330 Stegosaurus Freeway. “All households that receive food supplement must be recertified at the first of each year,” the agency reported in a news release. “Verification includes proof of the household's gross monthly income, current address and picture I.D.” For more information, call Meghan Rudd at 824-8282, extension 11.
