Moffat County Commission meeting

When: 9 a.m. Monday

Where: Moffat County Courthouse, 221 W. Victory Way

Agenda:

• 9 to 9:05 a.m. Call to order, Pledge of Allegiance, moment of silence

• 9:05 to 9:10 a.m. Consent agenda:

— Review and sign the following documents: resolution for the transfer of payroll warrants, resolution for the payment of payroll warrants, two resolutions to transfer intergovernmental funds, agreement for mental health services at Moffat County detention facilities, and an amendment to the agreement for inmate health care services at Moffat County detention facilities.

• 9:10 to 9:25 a.m. Discussion with Mindy Curtis, of the finance department

— Present budget supplemental for approval.

• 9:25 to 9:40 a.m. Discussion with Linda DeRose, of road and bridge

— Present senior snow removal requests for approval.

The agenda is subject to change until 24 hours before scheduled hearings. The board may alter the times of the meetings throughout the day or cancel or reschedule noticed meetings.
