St. Michael's Soup Kitchen will be serving New Year's Day lunch Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy good food, friendly people and atmosphere.
Holiday Hours
The Visiting Nurse Association will be open Monday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., and will be closed Tuesday for New Year's Day.
The Memorial Hospital Medical Clinic will be open Monday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., and will be closed Tuesday for New Year's Day.
Kinder Family Clinic will be open Monday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., and will be closed Tuesday for New Year's Day.
Moffat Family Clinic will be closed through Monday, Jan. 1, 2013.
Bears Ears Patriots business meeting is slated for 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013 at the Center of Craig. Then the public is invited at 7 p.m. to hear and ask questions of Bob Rankin.
The Northwest Colorado Snowmobile Club (NOWECOS), and Colorado Parks and Wildlife will be hosting an avalanche safety class at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 6, 2013. Meet at Freeman trailhead, this will be on the snow so transportation is required. It will last 2 to 4 hours. On Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013 there will be a two classroom sessions at the Moffat County High School Auditorium. The first class will be held at 3:30 p.m. and a second class will be held at 6:30 p.m. Classes will last approximately one and a half to two hours.
