Robert G. Cloer: Gas too expensive in Craig

To the editor:

Instead of the editor of the local paper worrying about what the the Moffat County Commissioners are discussing at lunch, in our small town, why doesn't he concentrate on issues that matter to all of us.

I will give you one. The price of regular unleaded gas in Colorado Springs on Sunday was $3.12 per gallon. In Silverthorne it was $3.46 and in Craig it was $3.76 per gallon. Someone needs to find out why we are being screwed at the pump.

Many people from Craig buy gas in Steamboat because it is cheaper there too. We don't have to stand for gas owners taking advantage of us. This is a real problem.
